Justin Beaton

Justin Beaton, a substitute teacher from Racine, WI, was wrongly accused of false narratives in his 2016 case—including an unwarranted arrest and false sexual assault accusations. However, a private investigator stepped in and proved his innocence of these false narratives, resulting in 17 news outlets retracting their stories. Remarkably, one outlet even initiated a program to assist others facing similar situations. Not only did subsequent civil action completely clear Beaton's name from the false narratives, but it also led to the establishment of the Justin Beaton Case Historical Preservation (JBCHP©). This organization aims to advocate for justice reform and media transparency, emphasizing the importance of unbiased systems free from political influence. Beaton's cause has garnered positive affirmation from numerous media professionals and officials alike. It also created waves in the form of positive change.
